Borrus, D.S., Sehgal, R., Armstrong, J.F., Gonzalez, J., Kasamoto, J., Markov, Y., & Higgins-Chen, A. (in preparation). TranslAGE: A Comprehensive Platform for Systematic Validation of Epigenetic Aging Biomarkers across the S.T.A.R. Framework: Stable, Treatment Response, Associations, and Risk.

Dataset Attribution

When using specific datasets through TranslAGE, please also acknowledge the original data contributors. Dataset-specific citations can be found in the dashboard metadata and our supplementary materials.

Example format: "Data accessed through TranslAGE platform (Borrus et al., in preparation) from [Original Study Name] (Original Citation)."

Acknowledgments

Consider including the following acknowledgment in your publications:

"We thank the TranslAGE team at Yale School of Medicine for providing harmonized epigenetic biomarker data and interactive analysis tools. We also acknowledge all the original dataset contributors whose work made this analysis possible."
